The CRAF’d Steering Committee held its inaugural meeting, marking a milestone in the Fund’s journey. Members adopted the Fund’s Terms of Reference, established its Secretariat, and approved the first‑ever allocation — supporting the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data (ACLED) project, the world’s leading real‑time source on global conflict events. The Committee also agreed that Germany will serve as donor Co‑Chair for the next two years, while UNHCR will hold a rotating seat as the UN representative on the Committee for the same period.
