SAVES LIVES
ABOUT
The Complex Risk Analytics Fund (CRAF’d) is the first and only multi-partner initiative to finance, connect, and reimagine data to save lives. CRAF’d is driven by the belief that data, analytics, and AI can help global partners to better anticipate, prevent, and respond to complex risks. Key contributors to CRAF’d include Germany, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the European Commission and Canada.
CRAF’d MISSION
WE FINANCE
crisis data commons, analytics, and AI for better crisis action. With over $40 million committed, CRAF’d is helping partners shape nearly $12 billion in crisis funding that arrives earlier, faster, and more targeted and dignified with people who need it most.
WE CONNECT
a global network of over 35 partners and 120 implementing organizations—uniting donors, UN entities, NGOs, academia, and technology partners to break data silos. CRAF’d equips the global ecosystem with insights to better anticipate, prevent, and respond to crises.
WE REIMAGINE
the future of crisis action by helping partners harness the potential of data-driven solutions and new technologies—openly, securely, and responsibly. CRAF’d enables partners to pool resources, share risks, and scale investments for lasting impact.
“CRAF’d is helping us do what the moment demands: to anticipate risks, prevent crises from deepening, and respond faster by using the data and digital innovation that make earlier, more effective action possible.”
Guy Ryder, Under-Secretary-General for Policy, Executive Office of the Secretary-General, United Nations
