DATA FOR PEACE CONFERENCE 2026

CRAF'd is proud to support the Data for Peace Conference, a three-day event hosted by the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University, the NYU Center on International Cooperation and AI for Peace. The Conference includes two in-person days in Stockholm (15-16 June) followed by a virtual day (17 June), bringing together researchers and practitioners to explore how data can support crisis anticipation, prevention and response.

DATA FOR PEACE: PRACTITIONERS HYBRID CONFERENCE
CRAF'd, in collaboration with its partners, connect ecosystem partners at the Data For Peace Conference - a 5-day hybrid event hosted by the NYU Center on International Cooperation. This monumental gathering brought together some 1,500 practitioners from around the world. It featured over 120 speakers and 20 insightful sessions. The conference was a nexus, connecting the UN, Member States, academia, NGOs, and the private sector.
REIMAGINING TOMORROW: BREAKTHROUGHS IN DATA & AI FOR A MORE RESILIENT WORLD
In partnership with Gzero Media and the Early Warning for All initiative, CRAF’d convened global leaders at the 78th UN General Assembly. The live-streamed talk show attracted over 100,000 online viewers. Amina Mohammed (Deputy Secretary-General, United Nations), Axel van Trotsenburg, (Managing Director, World Bank), Dr. Comfort Ero (President and CEO, International Crisis Group), and Ian Bremmer (President, Eurasia Group & GZERO Media), delved into the potential of data, AI, and technology to address the most urgent challenges of our time and enhance crisis anticipation, charting a course for a more resilient future.
