ThThe CRAF'd Steering Committee held its first meeting of 2026, reviewing the Fund's progress and discussing its strategic outlook for 2026 and beyond in the context of the UN80 Initiative, the Humanitarian Reset, and changes in the donor landscape. The Committee also approved the next phase of CRAF'd support for ACLED.
STEERING COMMITTEE
The CRAF’d Steering Committee governs the Fund by providing strategic direction, approving funding allocations, and ensuring alignment with CRAF’d mission to enhance data-driven crisis action. It has ten members and is co-chaired by UN and donor representatives for balanced oversight. The Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office contributes its expertise as the trustee, serving as a non-voting member of the Steering Committee.

MEETING UPDATES
3RD STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING
The CRAF’d Steering Committee held its second biannual meeting in 2023, approving $3.5 million to strengthen essential datasets through five flagship projects. Members also agreed to open a new funding window in 2024, with at least $3 million available to drive the next wave of investments.
2ND STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING
The CRAF’d Steering Committee held its first biannual meeting in 2023, bringing together UN and donor partners to advance the Fund’s mission. Members approved $3.6 million in new investments for climate‑fragility projects and warmly welcomed the United Kingdom as the Fund’s newest donor partner.
