Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations

The 4th Steering Committee meeting brought together representatives from the United Nations and Donor partners to support CRAF’d mission. We jointly reaffirmed our support for Armed Conflict Location and Event Data(ACLED), the leading real-time dataset on conflict risks.

We welcomed the United States as our new Co-Chair for the next two years. We thank Germany for their service as Donor Co-Chair and UNHCR for their contributions as UN Co-Chairs as they now transition out of these roles.

In our next Steering Committee meeting, we will focus on selecting a new rotating UN member as Co-Chair and update on the long-term data ecosystem strategy.
